Hot Tea Lattes

Coconut Chai Tea Latte

Steep 1 Coconut Chai sachet (Black Tea or Green Tea) in 3 oz of H2O for 2-3 minutes

10 oz steamed milk (dairy, soy, almond or coconut work best)

1-3 TBS vanilla syrup, Agave or Honey (to taste)

1/4 to 1/2 inch foam

Chocolate Chai Tea Latte (caffeine free, except for minimal in cacao)

Steep 1 Chocolate Chai sachet in 3 oz of H2O for 2-3 minutes

11/2 cups steamed milk (dairy, soy, almond or coconut work best)

1-3 TBS vanilla syrup, Agave or Honey (to taste)

1/4 to 1/2 inch foam

London Fog

Steep 1 Earl Greater Grey sachet in 3 oz of H2O for 2-3 minutes

11/2 cups steamed milk (dairy, soy, almond or coconut work best)

1-3 TBS vanilla syrup, Agave or Honey (to taste)

1/4 to 1/2 inch foam

Raspberry London Fog

Steep 1 Raspberry Earl Greater Grey sachet in 3 oz of H2O for 2-3 minutes

10 oz steamed milk (dairy, soy, almond or coconut work best)

1-3 TBS raspberry syrup, Agave or Honey (to taste)

1/4 to 1/2 inch foam

Lemon Crème Green Tea Latte

Steep 1 Lemon Jasmine sachet in 3 oz of H2O for 2-3 minutes

10 oz steamed milk (dairy, soy, almond or coconut work best)

1-3 TBS vanilla syrup, Agave or Honey (to taste)

1/4 to 1/2 inch foam

Peach Ginger Tea Latte

Steep 1 Peach Ginger sachet in 3 oz of H2O for 2-3 minutes

1/4 to 1/2 inch foam

1-3 TBS vanilla syrup, Agave or Honey (to taste)

1/4 to 1/2 inch foam

Cold Tea Drinks

Mojito Mint Iced  Green Tea Latte
4oz cold milk (dairy, soy, almond or coconut work best)

1-3 TBS vanilla syrup, Agave or Honey (to taste – add one at a time and taste)
2 oz steeped Mojito Mint Green Tea (steep 1 sachet in 2 oz of H2O for about 1-2 minutes)

1/4 Tsp organic mint extract (Optional)
ice
-pour milk into cup of ice, add sweetener & mint to Mojito Mint tea and pour over ice & milk.  Optional: garnish with fresh mint leaves.

Pina Colada Iced Green Tea Latte
4oz cold milk (dairy, soy, almond or coconut work best)

1-3 TBS vanilla syrup, Agave or Honey (to taste – add one at a time and taste)
2oz steeped Coconut Rum green tea
Ice
-pour milk into cup of ice, add syrup to Coconut Rum Green tea and pour over ice & milk

Berry Bellini Iced Green Tea

sachet steeped in 5oz of hot H20
1 TBS Agave or Honey
Ice
-steep tea for 2 minutes, add sweetener to hot tea, pour over ice

Mango Papaya Red Tea (Caffeine Free)

sachet steeped in 5oz of hot H20
1 TBS Agave or Honey
Ice
-steep tea for 2 minutes, add sweetener to hot tea, pour over ice
